Mental Health Therapist

This position requires a minimum of 15 hours per week. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to children, adolescents, teens, and adults. It is not necessary to serve all populations.  A Masters degree and a independent clinical license to practice therapy in the state of Kentucky. Qualified provisionally licensed clinicians will be considered as well. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or other mental health field.

(LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, MFTA, LCSW, CSW, LPAT, LPATA, LCMHC.)

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with children and parents, in groups, individually, and family sessions to address psychological and emotional challenges.

• Complete intake assessment to determine treatment needs.

• Works with Clinical Director and other therapists on staff to coordinate services.

• Ensure high-quality services are provided.

• Participate in monthly clinical meetings. 

• Support company and community mental health events.

• Provide evidenced-based, culturally competent care.

• Complete and maintain clinical paperwork in a timely manner

  • (Clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, etc)
