Self-Care Saturday in Louisville
Self-care Saturday is a community based yoga class guided by yoga instructor and psychotherapist LaShonda Sims Duncan. Classes hosted in the community are designed to encourage mindfulness, relaxation, somatic release, self love, and self-acceptance.
Self-Care Saturday is for all bodies and abilities.This class is perfect for beginners who want to increase mind-body awareness, breath easy, clear their minds, and be present. The class is composed of a 45 minute mindful Vinyasa yoga flow and a 15 minute self-love guided meditation.
