MY BACKGROUND

Currently pursuing her studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lindsey Wilson College, Ashley has a solid foundation in Psychology from the University of Louisville and a Master's degree in School Guidance Counseling from Spalding University.

With over six years of experience in mentorship and case management, Ashley is deeply committed to fostering self-awareness and guiding clients towards personal growth. She believes in the power of the six dimensions of wellness model to promote holistic well-being, recognizing the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Outside of her internship, Ashley finds solace in spending quality time with her family, expressing herself through art, and basking in the warmth of the sun. With her dedication and enthusiasm, Ashley is poised to make a positive impact on the Sims Counseling community.
