Meet Your Professional-in-Training

Hello! My name is Meyah Eiland, and I'm proud to call Radcliff, KY my hometown. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Louisville, building on a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Family Relations. I have a deep appreciation for how our early life experiences shape our emotional responses and influence how we process trauma. My goal is to cultivate authentic, meaningful connections while applying the foundational principles of a Person-Centered approach in all my interactions.

More About Me!

I love staying active! I was a cheerleader for 11 years—including at the collegiate level—and dancing continues to be an important part of my healing journey. One of my greatest joys has been teaching Hip Hop dance classes, where I’ve found fulfillment in movement, community and the opportunity to pour into others during my classes.

Outside of dance, I’m a self-proclaimed foodie who loves exploring new restaurants and cuisines, especially while traveling. I also enjoy connecting with others over shared recommendations for local eats. In my downtime, you’ll often find me reading, rewatching nostalgic Disney classics, or spending quality time with my loved ones.

Healing is far from linear, and I look forward to navigating this journey alongside you!
