MEET ALEXIS
Hello, and thank you for being here. I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with a deep
commitment to helping individuals and couples find strength, healing, and connection in their lives. I
earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville and went on to complete my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
MY BACKGROUND
My educational journey, combined with my clinical experience, has shaped me into a compassionate, collaborative, and culturally sensitive therapist.
I believe that everyone faces seasons in life where a little extra support can make all the difference. My goal is to be a positive, grounding presence for my clients—someone who listens without judgment, offers new perspectives, and helps you feel truly seen and understood. I see therapy as a partnership, and I meet each person where they are, honoring their unique experiences and strengths.Whether you’re dealing with relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and care.
Together, we can work toward the clarity, peace, and fulfillment you deserve.
